1. Return & Refund Eligibility
You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
- Change of Mind or Exchange: Request must be made within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Item: Report the issue within 7 days of delivery, including photo evidence if applicable.
- Order Cancellation or Non-Delivery: Contact us as soon as possible. If the item hasn’t shipped, a full refund will be issued. If already shipped, standard return rules apply.
2. Step-by-Step Return/Refund Process
To ensure a smooth experience, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Us
Email our support team at contact@blazegolt.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- Reason for return (change of mind, wrong item, damaged, etc.)
- Clear photos of the product (for damaged/incorrect items)
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
We will respond within 1–2 business days with:
- A Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Return address and any additional instructions
Please do not send items back without authorization.
Step 3: Ship the Item
- Carefully package the item in its original box or similar protective packaging.
- Include your RAN and a copy of the order confirmation.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Step 4: Refund or Exchange
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a refund or send a replacement within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
3. Return Shipping Policy
- Blazegolt covers return shipping costs only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
- For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, customers cover return shipping.
